What we collect

Your name, your email address, the shot data you enter (carry distance, proximity to pin, simulator), and the photo of your launch monitor screen.

We do not collect a date of birth, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

Why we collect it

To run the contest: rank the weekly, monthly and all-time leaderboards, verify entries, identify winners, and contact winners about prizes.

Your email is your identity here — there is no account or password. We also use it to send occasional updates about the competition, your standings, and our sponsors.

We never sell or share your data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

Sponsors may be mentioned inside emails we send, but sponsors never receive your name, email, or any other personal information.

Photos

Monitor photos are stored privately and used to verify entries. By checking the consent box on the entry form you grant Range Riches the right to use your photo and name publicly for contest coverage and promotion.

Unsubscribe or delete your data

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email info@rangeriches.com to unsubscribe, or to ask us to delete your entries and photos. Deletion requests are honored, though removing entries also removes them from the leaderboards.

Storage and retention

Data is stored securely with access restricted to contest administrators. Photos are kept in private storage and are only viewable by administrators through short-lived links.

Entries are retained for the duration of the competition and for our prize and eligibility records afterward.
